MEET JEMMA

Jemma Manley was born and raised right here in Dayton and proudly graduated from Centerville High School. She spent a year and a half at Wright State studying elementary education (because she adores kids), but quickly realized her true calling involved a color bowl—not a chalkboard.

Her love for the beauty world sparked while working as a receptionist at a local salon, and she hasn’t looked back since. She trained at Aveda Fredric’s Institute, where her passion for rich, dark tones really took off. If you’re dreaming of bold, dimensional color with serious “wow” factor—she’s your go-to girl.

Outside the salon, Jemma wears a lot of hats (and probably a few cute ones too). You can find her mixing up drinks as a bartender, riding around Yankee Trace as a cart girl, or jamming out at a country concert. When she’s not working, she’s either in Cincinnati with her best friends and boyfriend, cheering on her little brother from the stands, or soaking up sweet time with her grandparents.

Jemma also lives with a chronic illness that’s taught her to find the good in every day—and connect with clients in the most genuine way. She brings realness, warmth, and fun energy to every appointment, making your time in her chair feel more like hanging out with your favorite friend (who also happens to give amazing hair).
